ASSISTANT SCOUTMASTER SPOTLIGHT

At our recent court of honor, there was a minor oversight. Mr. Hamilton, our assistant scoutmaster, was not awarded his one year service star. This got me thinking of all the service Mr. Hamilton has given to our troop. He’s not just an assistant scoutmaster. He’s a super assistant scoutmaster! Whether it’s diving from attacking birds of prey at Hidden Valley, completing a fifty mile bike ride on Cape Cod with an injured leg, piloting a Segway at Clark’s Trading Post or climbing all the way up Bunker Hill, Mr. Hamilton has gone above and beyond. He’s one of our best trained adults and always ready to complete additional training. I’d like to make up for that oversight with this special album spotlight of Mr. Hamilton. We will get him his well earned one year service star as soon as possible! Enjoy.
